The frame for the training tire is constructed from ¾ PVC schedule 40 pipe. This is just a scaled down version of the regulation tire jump which uses 1.5 inch PVC. The tire is the same size, so you could use the tire for training and the real thing. The base is glued together and has 2 connecting bars for much more stability. The tire is attached with a hook and chain at the top and simple bungi cords on the sides. There are no markers that indicate the height.

Specify the jump height that you want. If you will always have small dogs, then specify a 4 inch or 8 inch height. The cost is the same regardless of your dog's jump height, just the vertical bars are different lengths.
